Supports the knowledge and skill development training programs and materials for The UPS Store franchise network through the design and application of instructional design methods.
Works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), managers, vendors, and various cross-functional teams to understand policies, procedures, systems, and skills that require instruction.
Recommends appropriate training solutions that align with project and company objectives.
Manages and coordinates the design, development, and implementation of various instructor-led training (ILT) programs.
Develops additional resources applicable to business unit needs and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) – Instructional Design, Business Administration, Training and Development, Project Management, English, Graphic Design, or related discipline.
Experience in an adult learning or training environment.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience using Adobe Suites, Rise 360, Articulate, and/or Storyline.
Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of visual design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and engaging learning materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, developing instructional content, and providing feedback.
Experience developing corporate training materials and instructor-led course curricula – Required
