Assists with preparation of financial activity data and reports on a cyclical cadence basis. They include: a) Support for the month end closing including journals posting, update and manage lease accounting entries and perform consolidation activities. b) Prepare various monthly reports to stakeholders, such as forex analysis, cash flow statement and others.
Quarterly basis: KWE reporting package, financials with variance analysis,
Maintain and update all BPC master data
Support Statistical Return and Pricing Survey
Monitor and analyse on unbilled receivable balances
Perform administrative and transactional tasks within the finance information system. They include:
- Setup of new company codes in SAP
- Support change requests with GL data fields
- Perform data loading from BW to BPC
- Resolve system issues
Provide financial modeling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support growth in the business.
Develop and deliver financial guidelines and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice
Support the adoption and assessment of new accounting standards, in collaboration with external consultants.
