Partner closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to design on-brand digital and marketing collateral that supports campaign and business objectives
Produce a wide range of assets, including tear sheets, white papers, PDFs and e-books, emails, web pages, social graphics, presentations, and educational materials
Work within — and thoughtfully extend — established templates and brand systems using InDesign, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and Microsoft tools
Apply best practices for file setup, versioning, and production to ensure assets are ready for deployment
Research and source visuals that strengthen storytelling across marketing channels
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help turn concepts into polished, usable designs
Maintain organized digital assets, templates, and libraries to support efficiency and consistency
Stay engaged with Foundation Source’s mission, services, and the evolving philanthropy technology landscape
Support email campaigns and marketing initiatives within HubSpot
Occasionally collaborate with the Product Experience and UI/UX teams to support new product features and applications
Requirements

or 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field strongly preferred; portfolio required
3–5 years of agency and/or corporate design and brand experience, or equivalent combination of strong education, relevant training/certifications, and an exceptional portfolio
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience designing emails, websites, and landing pages with attention to UX and UI principles
Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and color theory
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established systems and guidelines
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative working style
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or illustration is a plus
Adobe, Figma, or HubSpot certifications are a bonus.
