Requirements
Ability to analyse complex data and create clear, evidence‑based insights that support effective decision‑making.
Experience delivering or supporting change portfolios or programmes, with a good understanding of how organisations manage performance, risks and dependencies.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
Ability to design and deliver high‑quality reporting, dashboards or briefing packs for senior or executive audiences.
Collaborative working style, able to build positive relationships across multiple teams and functions.
Adaptability and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to move between detailed tasks and broader strategic thinking.
