Requirements

Detect early when partners are at risk of stagnating — and intervene.
Communicate clearly, reliably and solution-oriented: with partners, with sales, with product.
Be able to set priorities independently: focus on partners with potential and make deliberate decisions to deprioritize partners without growth prospects.
