About this role
Role Overview
You are the face, voice and growth driver of Benetics AI in the German market
You will build your own pipeline together with our Lead Gen & Marketing team and continuously develop it
You will conduct sales conversations, demos, and closes with craft and construction companies
You will represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings
You will network with multipliers, partners, and industry influencers
You will bring market feedback directly back into the team (product, marketing, go-to-market)
Requirements
Experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably with complex or technical products)
Hunter mindset: curious, persistent, and well-organized
Strong personal presence and enjoyment of public speaking and appearances
Team player with initiative and self-motivation
Excellent German for customer-facing work and good English for internal collaboration
Experience in the construction or trades sector is a plus but not required
