Customer Care Specialist

Role Overview

• Handle inbound technical service calls
• Provide phone support for customers
• Track customer communication in CRM software
• Assess customer needs and provide support
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call reports
• Cross train in other functions

Requirements

• 1+ years related experience and/or training in hands on equipment repair and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bi-lingual speaking preferred (Spanish / English)
