Conduct initial conversations and sales calls with qualified e-commerce companies to identify growth opportunities
Guide potential partners through the entire sales process – from first contact to closing
Analyze customers' needs and challenges and develop suitable solutions together with our Performance Team
Create tailored proposals and present our services to decision-makers
Maintain and develop the sales pipeline in the CRM and ensure accurate documentation of all activities
Work closely with the founding team and contribute ideas to optimize our sales processes
Build long-term relationships with exciting brands in the DACH region

Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or comparable vocational training
At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles (ideally in e-commerce or agency environments)
Experience selling and successfully closing complex B2B services or solutions
Confident presence, clear communication, and the ability to persuade decision-makers at the C-level
Structured, goal-oriented work style and a strong hands-on mentality
Motivation to take responsibility and actively contribute to Stronger’s growth
Good understanding of performance marketing and digital business models (or a strong desire to learn)
Proficient German and English skills, both written and spoken
An open, communicative personality and enjoyment of direct customer contact
