Provide guidance and supervision on installation, commissioning, and training of equipment, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance at customer sites.
Fill in service reports and establish equipment files to manage the customer's satisfaction with the use of equipment.
Understand the operation and maintenance status of existing installation customers, develop spare parts requirements of existing customers, develop spare parts sales plans and maintain customer relationships.
Support technical proposal development of energy-saving retrofit projects and cooperate with the end user or relevant parties to create the material list and process flow diagram of the energy-saving retrofit project and the layout drawing of pipeline installation.
Provide equipment operation guidance and maintenance technical and hands-on training to customers, support technical inquiries and understand equipment operation condition through regular site checkup visits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Mechatronics, Automation or a related technical field.
8-10+ years of relevant industry experience, including water treatment EPC project design, equipment installation and commissioning, project execution and management, after-sales technical support, or related areas.
Experience in water treatment process design and equipment selection.
Mechanical equipment maintenance and hands-on ability are preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
Experience in water treatment project technical proposal is preferred.
Experience in customer relations and project management is preferred.
Must have professional proficiency in English, with strong reading and writing skills to support collaboration with global teams; listening and speaking skills preferred.
Customer service awareness and communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively from a home office environment.
Willingness to participate in evening conference calls (approximately one hour one or twice per week).
Willingness to travel for business up to a maximum of 150 days per year.
