Lead audit calibration to reduce bias and perform unbiased ratings.
Manage and investigate customer concerns to ensure a positive experience and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Formulate and review leadership dashboards for the Senior Leadership Team.
Identify common errors and gaps to develop tip sheets, sales resources, and training materials.
Partner with Practice Leaders, Product Management, Underwriting, and Finance to support process corrections and operational excellence.
Attend monthly team meetings to lead feedback sessions and roll out new learning tools and training initiatives.

3+ years of Quality Control experience within the insurance industry (Commercial Insurance experience is preferred).
RIBO license preferred. CAIB/CIP designation is an asset.
Proven track record in conducting audits, developing training materials, and creating process documentation.
Strong quality assurance analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Ability to communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
