Role Overview
- Lead and operationalize end-to-end revenue cycle across a multi-state behavioral health organization
- Manage a team of 3–4 billing specialists
- Stabilize and strengthen billing operations supporting care delivery to underserved Medicaid populations
Requirements
- Advanced eClinicalWorks (ECW) billing experience (mandatory)
- MS Excel reporting proficiency (mandatory)
- 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience with direct reports
- Strong CPT / ICD / POS validation knowledge
- Denial management and A/R recovery experience
