In this role, you are responsible for the strategic sales of our solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You act as a market driver and position our company as a strong partner for sophisticated CRM & ERP initiatives.
Your focus includes: strategic acquisition of new customers in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space (especially Sales, Customer Insights, Service, Field Service, Business Central).
Building and maintaining a robust network within the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft, partners, decision-makers at target companies).
Establishing and developing long-term customer relationships at decision-maker levels (C-level, IT leadership, business units).
Representing the company at industry events, roundtables and professional conferences.
Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities.
Close collaboration with our consulting teams for the structured handover of won projects.
Requirements
Several years of proven sales experience in IT solutions or project business with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Deep understanding of Microsoft's platform strategy as well as CRM modules (particularly Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service).
Existing network in the relevant market environment (Microsoft partners, customers, influencers).
Confident presence at decision-maker level and a strong track record in closing deals.
Strategic thinking combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience positioning complex, consultative IT solutions.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
