Conceptualize, design and optimize product images, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Stores for Amazon
Select and edit imagery while ensuring compliance with Amazon guidelines and alignment with conversion goals
Develop visual strategies to increase product presence and sales performance for our clients
Prepare briefs for photoshoots and coordinate with photographers and external service providers
Analyze and continuously optimize content performance based on relevant KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, sessions, etc.)
Collaborate closely with our Advertising and Key Account Management teams

Completed vocational training or a degree in graphic design, media design, communication design or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in e‑commerce or an Amazon environment
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools
Experience producing conversion-oriented content for digital platforms
A good eye for design, visual language and brand aesthetics
Analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken — additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are a plus
Able to work independently while demonstrating team spirit and a drive for shared success
