Manage short
and medium-term planning for indirect channels, cascading strategy across customers and regions;
Define the rationale for distributing sales targets by region and zone, taking into account product segmentation by channel;
Coordinate collaborative planning (CPFR) and automated replenishment with a focus on reducing stockouts and optimizing inventory;
Monitor key indicators (orders, billing, inventory and out-of-stock), identifying deviations and business opportunities;
Develop dashboards and structure data to integrate Supply, Commercial and Trade areas, generating insights for decision-making;
Analyze variances between planned vs. actual performance, proposing and implementing corrective actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
Proven track record in Commercial Planning, Sales or Market Intelligence;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel (focused on data modeling and complex formulas);
Experience managing indirect channels (Distributors and Wholesale) will be considered a significant advantage;
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable).
