As a Senior SEA Manager, you are the strategic lead and primary point of contact for our most demanding clients, you develop our processes and services further, and actively drive our service business forward.
You take responsibility for designing, managing, and continuously optimizing complex SEA campaigns, significantly contributing to the growth of our clients.
You analyze clients' business objectives and develop tailored strategies for Google and Microsoft Search and Shopping ads.
You are responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of sophisticated national and international SEA campaigns (focus on Search & Shopping Ads).
You independently manage and optimize large budgets and ensure achievement of defined KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.).
You produce in-depth analyses and reports, derive actionable recommendations, and confidently present your results and strategic plans to clients.
You continuously monitor the market and emerging trends, test new betas, tools, and ad formats, and proactively share your knowledge with the team.
You mentor junior team members in their professional and personal development and act as a sparring partner within the team.
You proactively identify up
and cross-selling opportunities within your existing accounts.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience in operational and strategic management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
You possess deep knowledge across all relevant areas, particularly campaign structuring, management and optimization, conversion tracking, and automation.
You are passionate about numbers. You are confident using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other common analytics and reporting tools. Handling large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets is second nature to you.
You communicate professionally and persuasively with clients at eye level and know how to present complex issues clearly.
You work in a structured and autonomous way and maintain high quality standards in your work.
You speak German at native level (C2) and have very good English skills (at least B2) both written and spoken.
