Facilitation of workshops and meetings at client sites and coaching of all project stakeholders.
Close collaboration with software developers, product owners, project leads, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Active participation in the continuous development of our networked organization.

Experience implementing agile ways of working and supporting self-organizing teams.
Confident in designing and facilitating workshops and meetings remotely, in hybrid settings and in person.
Excellent ability to communicate with demanding clients.
Quick comprehension, assertiveness, a confident presence and enjoyment of networking.
Willingness to travel: regular workshops at client sites and in Konstanz.
Excellent German skills (C2 or native level).
