We are looking for additional members to our team in Berlin covering Germany. We deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing industry, transport and energy. Our clients’ business is driven by digitalisation, innovation and sustainability.
This position is a dual position where you will both manage our Business Support Services and the Office at large, working closely with the Trade Commissioner. This multifaceted role combines executive support duties and end-to-end business support services management, ensuring our office remains an efficient, organized, and inspiring place to work.
Our Business Support Service is a toolbox of administrative services that facilitate Swedish companies’ establishment in a new market. As a Specialist within Business Support Services you will manage and facilitate administrative tasks for our customers, mainly related to payroll and general administration. A key part of the role is communication with our customers and helping them resolve administrative issues. Identifying additional customer needs and developing our offer and sales regarding administrative services is also part of your responsibilities. You will have support from local sub-suppliers handling accounting and similar tasks.
You will drive and improve processes regarding office management, team coordination, recruitment, onboarding, IT environment, process improvement, reporting and support of the Trade Commissioner.
