About this role

Maintain the integrity of the factory financial structure and drive accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and analysis of operating costs.
Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, Nestlé accounting standards, and company policies and standards.
Manage factory budgets and costs.
Complete required factory accounting activities including performing monthly general ledger closing activities in SAP.
Develop, research, communicate, and implement new or updated procedures as dictated by business needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders and the corporate finance team.
Work with team leaders and hourly associates on the factory floor conducting leadership activities to support fixed asset inventories.
Manage and develop a team to achieve factory and department goals.

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in general accounting, cost accounting, operations control, budgeting, and variance analysis.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
