About this role

Assist employees with travel expense reporting and auditing corporate expense reports (Concur, Artificial Inteligance).
Collaborate with partners and colleagues from different countries to ensure process efficiency.
Prepare and analyze reports related to Travel & Expenses (T&E) in accordance with Nestlé standards.
Reconcile accounts related to T&E (SAP).
Administration of corporate credit cards (CitiBank, Amex, etc).
Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processes performed according to defined SLAs, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.

A professional with university degree (International relations/Economics/Finance would be an advantage)
Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
Able to manage big volume data (extraction, analysis)
Responsible, attentive to details and result-oriented with strong analytical, communication and time-management skills
Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment
Have Intermediate English and Polish languages level or higher
