- You will work directly with the executive team, supporting strategic and operational initiatives.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitors, and trends in the healthcare sector.
- Prepare materials to support strategic decisions by management.
- Assist in the development and refinement of our market and growth strategy.
- Structure and execute key internal projects.
- Design and improve internal processes.
- Prepare analyses, reports, and decision-making documentation.
- Support administrative matters and company organization.
- Coordinate with external partners.
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision briefs.
Requirements
- Highly structured and independent working style
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in strategic topics
- Initial experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, or finance is a plus
- Confident use of digital tools
- Very good command of German
