Support the Salesforce Product Owner in validating and implementing requirements from the Sales and Service departments
Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented processes in our Sales and Service Cloud and drive continuous optimization
Create solution designs, implement technical solutions, and ensure high data quality on the Salesforce platform
Perform system adjustments and configurations, including reports, dashboards and workflows
Provide technical support and training to colleagues for optimal use of the Sales and Service Cloud
Coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners to further develop the platform and integrate new features
Requirements
Experience in Salesforce administration and solid knowledge of maintaining Sales, Service & Experience Cloud, plus Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes, ideally with knowledge of reporting, Flow Builder and Process Builder
Strong analytical thinking, high self‑initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems and develop effective solutions
Confident use of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Einstein Analytics, iPaaS solutions, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and MS Office
Very good English skills (B2).
