Assessing educator quality based on their communication, experience and transferable skills
Follow up inbound and outbound leads and drive urgency in finding work through Zen Educate while providing all necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
Interact with candidates in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great candidate experience
Increase the number of talented candidates on our platform and help place them in roles by matching their skills to the schools’ requirements
Work collaboratively across the business with the sales and technology teams to help improve efficiency in providing value to candidates.
Leveraging technology and tools within our app to provide efficient and unique to the industry candidate onboarding
Requirements
At least 2 years of sales or client facing experience
Experience working in or with the UK education sector
