About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for tool-related inquiries, escalating issues when needed and keeping users informed
Ensure customer data, Promo, and FOC setups are completed accurately and on time
Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and SharePoint resources to support onboarding and ongoing education
Assist in testing, readiness, and change management to support smooth adoption of tool enhancements
Work closely with sales and cross-functional groups to understand workflows, recommend improvements, and support future-facing digital solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
One to three years of experience in sales, business, or financial analysis and planning
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
Industry experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills to define issues and recommend solutions
Clear communication skills for presenting information to varied audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with digital tools or platforms
