Prioritize and refine the backlog based on business value and user impact, leveraging support from the product team, management, and/or executive leadership for decision-making;
Conduct research and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities and translate findings into clear requirements;
Work with the UX team to craft complex user stories, ensuring robust acceptance criteria aligned with business value;
Facilitate the development and QA teams by removing medium-complexity impediments and negotiating timelines;
Monitor and define product metrics (usage, engagement, support, etc.);
Contribute to defining and maintaining the product vision and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;
Strong command of agile methodologies and product management practices (backlog management, roadmaps, MVPs, etc.);
Experience using Jira and Miro for backlog management;
Knowledge of prioritization frameworks (impact vs. effort matrix, MoSCoW, RICE, etc.);
Familiarity with data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.);
