About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with stakeholders from Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to design and document end‑to‑end processes within the Operations domain.
Model processes in BPM tools, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to BPM standards.
Support and facilitate process design workshops, helping business teams structure their knowledge into clear process flows.
Work closely with Process Owners to ensure processes are understandable, consistent, and ready for rollout.
Coordinate with the BPM back-office modeling team to ensure the quality and consistency of process documentation.
Help identify simplification or efficiency opportunities that can improve process execution.
Support the process lifecycle from design to publication and rollout, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
Promote best practices in process modeling and documentation across the Operations domain.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in process improvement, or operational roles within Operations Domain (e.g., Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
Practical experience working with BPMN 2.0 and modeling tools such as Signavio, ARIS, Visio, or similar.
Comfortable facilitating discussions and workshops with business teams.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate operational knowledge into structured, visual processes.
Collaborative approach and ease in working with stakeholders from different functions.
Openness to learning and working in a global, cross-functional environment.
Interest in digitalization opportunities (automation or analytics) is a plus.
