Payroll processing for a defined group of employees in compliance with current tax, social security and employment law regulations
HR administrative responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle
Supporting employees in all HR-related matters and answering questions about HR processes and systems
HR point of contact for temporary staffing management
Preparation of employment contracts and contractual agreements
Handling correspondence with health insurance providers and other authorities
Management of electronic personnel files
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training with HR-related further qualification or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in HR and motivation to drive human resources topics forward
Good knowledge of payroll processing and time management systems
Very good understanding of wage tax, social security and employment law, ideally with knowledge of the collective agreement for the metal and electrical industry in Lower Saxony
Several years of experience with a human capital/HR management system, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
High level of responsibility, quick comprehension and a careful working style
