About this role
Role Overview
Review the customer satisfaction measurement system and propose improvements
Review the customer requirements database and adapt it to stakeholder needs
Develop and update Quality procedures and operational guides
Lead or participate in improvement projects when necessary
Identify, analyze, negotiate and translate customer quality requirements into Liebherr Toulouse processes
Manage quality activities related to the customer
Support and/or lead customer audits/visits/expert reviews/questionnaires and ensure follow-up on action plans
Coordinate customer satisfaction measurement and drive improvement plans
Define actions to maintain and improve performance and the customer relationship
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree (equivalent to Bac+3)
Preparing to begin a Master's program (equivalent to Bac+5) in QSE or Quality in fall 2026
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of VBA is a plus
Enjoy working as part of a team
Comfortable with verbal and written communication
Fluent in English
