About this role

Recording and processing customer orders, repairs and new productions in the SAP system
Preparing and coordinating cost estimates for repair orders
Handling complaints and repair inquiries in our CRM systems
Telephone and written support of our customers (hearing care professionals)
Coordination with international production and service locations
Supporting scanning and data-capture processes for earmold production
Creating and forwarding service and logistics tickets

Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., apprenticeship as an office clerk or comparable qualification)
Initial professional experience in customer service, order management or sales support is an advantage
Confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
Strong service and customer orientation
Structured, careful and reliable working style
Team player with enthusiasm for working in an international environment
Very good German language skills required; English skills are an advantage
