About this role
Role Overview
Conduct onboarding for new clients, presenting the mentorship program structure, its deliverables, and aligning expectations and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey within the program.
Ensure participant engagement by encouraging attendance at calls, events, and consulting activities.
Follow up with less-active clients to increase participation and maximize program value.
Support community management and moderation by organizing communication groups and fostering productive interactions among participants.
Respond to client inquiries and direct internal requests to the appropriate teams.
Collect participant feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in customer success, customer service, or client relationship roles.
Experience with high‑ticket clients or mentorship programs is a plus.
Organized profile with the ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent requests.
Clear, structured communication and a professional demeanor.
Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and anticipate needs.
Strong organization and routine/process management skills.
Customer experience and success-oriented mindset.
Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for the clients' journey and satisfaction.
Interest in the financial market and investments is considered a plus.
