Build deep, multi-threaded relationships with CXO, business and technology leaders, mapping influence and decision-making structures.
Shape end-to-end, outcome-led solutions across Expleo’s service lines (e.g. Cloud, Data & AI, Engineering, Assurance).
Requirements
Proven experience managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts in IT services, consulting, or technology solutions.
Strong track record of delivering sustained year-on-year revenue growth and margin improvement across assigned accounts.
Solid understanding of delivery models (project, programme, managed services), governance structures, and service quality management.
Demonstrated ability to translate delivery outcomes into commercial expansion (upsell, cross-sell, renewals, multi-year deals).
Executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and balance client advocacy with firm economics.
Comfortable working in a matrix environment, influencing and aligning sales, delivery, and solution teams towards a shared account strategy.
Structured and data-driven approach to account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills – calm, credible and composed under pressure.
