Provide legal advice to the company's commercial department (sales team for the Service Station Network);
Prepare legal opinions on negotiation proposals brought by the commercial team;
Participate in meetings and cross-functional committees aimed at approving commercial agreements in or out of court;
Review initial petitions, defenses, appeals, and other significant procedural documents prepared by external attorneys;
Manage and work on litigation and oversee external law firms engaged with the company's commercial legal team;
Manage contingent liabilities, recommend provisions, and forecast potential losses in disputes under the department's responsibility;

Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Mobility and availability for travel;
Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Contract Law, Corporate and Business Law;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
Bachelor's degree completed
