Requirements Analysis: Identify and document user and client needs to request development or to develop solutions that meet those demands.
Development in Senior Programming Language (LSP): Perform customizations in Senior HCM, ensuring solutions meet the needs of the business areas.
Implementation: Design and test new systems or updates to existing systems.
Maintenance and Support: Perform ongoing system maintenance to fix issues, keep systems up to date, enhance functionality, and ensure operational efficiency.
Testing and Quality: Conduct tests to ensure systems operate correctly and meet specified requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to facilitate understanding and use by other team members.
Training and User Support: Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective use of the systems.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage system development or implementation projects, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budgets.
Requirements
Experience in requirements analysis; documentation; implementation; training and user support; and project management
Experience developing in LSP (Senior Programming Language)
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of HR business processes, personnel administration (DP), and payroll
Technical knowledge of ERP/TOTVS
Experience with the Senior (Senior Sistemas) platform
