Spearhead the product development and go-to-market strategy for critical administrative features, such as Sub-accounts for large enterprises, SSO, and advanced dashboard analytics.
Define and execute the SaaS lifecycle strategy to improve onboarding, activation, and retention for nonprofits globally.
Analyze SaaS metrics such as MRR, LTV, and activation rates to identify friction points and opportunities to improve the user journey.
Oversee Subscription & Billing Logic: Manage the strategy for subscription upgrades, downgrades, and churn prevention flows as part of the experience.
Collaborate with different teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance) to guarantee a unified strategy for account management, user roles/permissions, and notifications.
Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver a roadmap that balances feature innovation with platform reliability.
Leverage your analysis skills to review the impact of pricing changes, churn reduction initiatives, and the ROI of new enterprise features.
Champion Trust, Safety & Verification: assist with immediate and long-term initiatives to mitigate spam and fraud, including identity verification (KYC) and content safety measures to protect the platform's reputation.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM platforms, or Subscription Management.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching administrative dashboards, onboarding flows, or growth/retention features.
Strong grasp of Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics, specifically around user activation, retention, and churn prevention.
You have a hands-on, analytical mindset and enjoy diving into data to measure product impact and success.
Experience with Trust & Safety or Identity Verification workflows (KYC/KYB) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of balancing technical debt discussions with stakeholder feature requests.
Experience working with enterprise-grade features, such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SSO, or Multi-tenancy (Sub-accounts).
