Work closely with POS Onboarding Consultants to build, review, and configure customer menus
Manage daily restaurant operations by enabling restaurant owners and staff to utilize Toast
Consult with clients to determine configuration needs prior to go-live
Perform onboarding configurations remotely and document the go-live process
Create & lead an onboarding training plan for restaurant staff on leveraging Toast product
Manage several onboarding engagements simultaneously, including large books of onboarding business (80+ restaurants)
Requirements
3 + years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations, including management of long-term customer relationships (4-6 weeks or more)
Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills
