Role Overview
- Responsible for a geographic territory based on your place of residence
- Installation, qualification and commissioning of solutions distributed by ELITech
- Level 1 technical hotline for incoming technical calls
- Provide technical assistance to customers and application engineers
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
- Record documentation required for traceability of actions performed
- Draft technical tickets with suppliers
- Participate in and follow up on technical reviews
Requirements
- Higher technical education (BTS or Bachelor’s degree) in electrical/electronic engineering, mechanical and production engineering, or industrial engineering and maintenance
- Proven initial experience as an application engineer
- Good knowledge of medical analysis laboratories
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High availability
- Experience working in project management mode
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Minimum B2 level of English required
