Plan, present and execute, from start to finish, multiple event formats (online and in-person) in an agile and strategic manner, reflecting an objective-focused approach and committed to the expectations of internal and external clients;
Produce proprietary events and third-party events (manufacturers and/or trade shows/exhibitions);
Prepare budgets, hire and coordinate vendors during event execution;
Create presentations to secure sponsorships as well as documentation and reports for executed events;
Adhere to schedules and calendars;
Event experience is essential;
Experience with B2B events is a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed: Marketing, Advertising or other related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Willingness to travel;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Negotiation skills and experience managing budgets;
High organizational ability and track record of meeting deadlines;
