Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, with a focus on digital transformation and lead generation
Responsibility for the corporate brand, including brand building and further development
Leading, motivating, and developing the marketing team
Expanding and maintaining a consistent brand presence with international partners
Managing PR, campaigns, social media activities, internal communications, and traditional marketing events, especially trade shows
Expanding marketing channels, content strategy, and marketing automation to support the digital sales strategy
Establishing KPIs and implementing controlling to measure the success of all marketing activities
Selecting, managing, and overseeing external service providers
Implementing efficient processes within the marketing function

Requirements
Degree in marketing or digital media, or extensive professional experience with relevant further training
Several years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, with broad expertise in both offline and digital marketing (trade shows, content marketing, lead generation, SEO/SEA, social media, campaigns, PR, internal communications, e-commerce, communications)
Leadership experience or strong leadership skills
Strong conceptual and executional skills, digital competence, and a hands-on mentality
Excellent social skills, communication, and networking abilities
Ability to collaborate with sales, engineering, and development
Very good German and English language skills
