Drive adoption and revenue growth for Tekmetric Marketing (TMS) within the existing customer base
Run 6–8 product demos per day, owning the sales cycle from discovery through close
Manage an inbound-led pipeline while proactively engaging customers with strong expansion signals
Conduct discovery to understand shop owners’ growth goals, customer acquisition strategies, and retention challenges
Clearly communicate product value and demonstrate TMS capabilities including campaigns, reminders, review generation, and online booking
Maintain a clean, high-quality pipeline, prioritizing deals likely to close within 1–2 weeks and disqualifying quickly when there is not a strong fit
Execute a repeatable, structured sales process designed for speed and efficiency
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams while maintaining accurate pipeline management in Salesforce
Requirements
2–5+ years of inside sales or Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales environments
Experience managing high-volume pipelines and short sales cycles
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover real business challenges
Comfortable running multiple demos or sales conversations daily with small business owners
Ability to translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage a full calendar and maintain CRM hygiene
Coachability and ownership mindset, with a willingness to implement feedback quickly.
