About this role
Role Overview
Drive end-to-end negotiations for complex enterprise SaaS transactions (MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, AI terms, etc.) and strategic partnership agreements.
Partner deeply with Sales, Finance, and Deal Ops to streamline the sales cycle.
Navigate international regulatory frameworks to support our expanding global footprint, ensuring compliance yet competitive strategies.
Develop and deliver training for both the GTM team and the Sales team.
Requirements
4–7 years of legal experience, ideally beginning at a top-tier law firm followed by a high-growth, "in-the-trenches" in-house SaaS role.
You understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and corresponding sales cycle.
You can speak, or quickly learn, the language of DevSecOps and our business.
You know when to stand firm on risk and when to find the solution to get a deal across the finish line.
You enjoy building processes as much as you enjoy redlining.
JD from an accredited law school and an active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
