Lead and collaborate on the design and implementation of the Go-To-Market plan during the annual sales strategy cycle.
Define key performance metrics and targets.
Build reports and dashboards to derive actionable insights into business health, identify areas for growth, and present strategic recommendations to sales leadership.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools.
Guide forecast management to ensure sustained, predictable growth across business units, and coordinate weekly forecast calls to track sales pursuits.
Create compelling executive-level presentations for local and global leadership reviews, and organize quarterly business reviews.
Proactively troubleshoot operational issues as they surface, proposing systemic and process changes to address root causes.
Requirements
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic business operations—ideally within an online/startup, SaaS, or sales/business development environment.
Full professional fluency in both English and German.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
