Conduct initial calls to evaluate technical depth, hands-on experience with modern AI and systems technologies, and overall fit.
Work directly with engineering and research managers to understand role requirements in detail and shape effective hiring strategies.
Monitor global trends in LLM research, AI infrastructure, inference efficiency, model deployment, and GPU availability. Identify the strongest companies and labs for targeted sourcing.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on senior-level hiring.
Fluent in speaking Hebrew
Proven track record hiring in AI/ML, LLMs, Inference, distributed systems, HPC, infrastructure, GPU engineering, or related areas.
Strong sourcing expertise and deep understanding of modern engineering roles, tech stacks, and motivations of senior candidates.
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple complex searches.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
