- Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints
- Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting
- Engage team members to create a fun and productive environment
- Lead customer service efforts and resolve customer feedback issues
- Execute company-level directives and maintain store technology
- Manage cash effectively and prepare store for inventory audits
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of retail or related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate verbally in a clear manner
- Ability to work unsupervised
