About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the Strategic Sourcing team to build and evolve processes, negotiation strategies, procurement policies, and governance;
- Manage the Non-Personnel cost budget (Services and Platforms), focusing on predictability and efficiency in collaboration with FP&A;
- Lead strategic negotiations with domestic and global suppliers (cloud services, SaaS, technology, AI, and strategic partners);
- Conduct structured RFP processes with market analysis, benchmarking, and total cost intelligence (acquisition, evolution, and sustainment);
- Participate in projects to implement a Supplier Relationship Management system to enable efficient communication and improvements in the validation workflow for new suppliers for PoCs (proof of concept);
- Advance governance for analysis of regulatory risks (e.g., Central Bank of Brazil
- BACEN), information security, and internal controls in partnership with internal teams.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing with a focus on services and technology;
- Strong experience in technology categories (Cloud, SaaS, AI, software, IT services);
- Experience in complex technology negotiations and contracts;
- Mindset for disrupting work models and tools using AI;
- Analytical, data-driven mindset;
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management;
- Experience with ERP or procurement tools;
- Experience managing and developing teams;
- Advanced English (global environment);
- Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for four consecutive days, usually in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
