Ability to schedule, organize, and coordinate project efforts and resources effectively and thoughtfully
Understanding of creative development processes across a variety of formats and channels
Ability to facilitate productive discussions and clearly represent marketing and creative approaches to a range of stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
Experience using data and reporting to communicate project status, key milestones, and performance indicators to leadership
Ability to think creatively and critically while working collaboratively with diverse teams
Experience in production and/or video management is a plus but not required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field, or equivalent experience required
Requires 5+ years of experience in project management or account management
Demonstrated experience independently managing complex projects or accounts
Experience in project management or account management within creative, marketing, or agency‑style environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with Microsoft CoPilot is a plus
Experience with project management software preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
