Build, mentor, and lead high-performing security operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Define and execute strategic objectives for global security operations, ensuring alignment with organizational risk posture, SIEM, SaaS monitoring and business priorities.
Monitor emerging cyber threats, trends, and vulnerabilities to adjust defensive strategies accordingly.
Oversee day-to-day Network monitoring, ensuring rapid response to security network disruptions, outages (DDOS), or performance degradation events as a result of a security event.
Executive lead for major cybersecurity incidents, coordinating response efforts across technical, legal, communications, and executive teams.
Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive incident response plans, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
Oversee post-incident reviews to ensure root cause remediation, improve readiness, and strengthen organizational resilience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with significant leadership in security operations, incident response, SOC management, or intelligence.
5+ years in senior leadership or director-level role managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.
Deep technical knowledge of security operations, IAM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools.
Demonstrated experience coordinating major security events and crisis response.
Familiarity with industry frameworks (NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, etc.).
Oversee MSSP services as needed to fulfill obligations and responsibilities.
