Lead growth experiments end to end: Design the Airwallex roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns, set hypotheses, define target segments, and measure impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Identify and size new opportunities: Collaborate with the strategy team to define ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, and product adoption journeys; adapt Rewards and Campaigns for global and regional market differences.
Build the growth testing system: Establish frameworks, instrumentation, and review cadences for experiment design, governance, and decision logs; ensure reliable data and consistent, data-driven decisions.
Drive creative for growth: Partner with the Creative Lead to brief, test, and ship assets (visual, copy, video) aligned with brand and product strategy; run structured creative testing to lift conversion.
Deliver cross-functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to scope, resource, and ship experiments; define rollout plans and operating processes to ensure scalability and compliance.
Influence strategy: Synthesize experiment insights into recommendations for roadmap, resourcing, and go-to-market; communicate progress and decisions to senior leadership to align with company priorities.
People leadership: Lead and scale a small team, mentoring and developing talent to raise the bar for execution quality.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in Growth, with at least 3 years managing a team.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end growth experiments and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience with growth analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
