Extract and articulate value from technical documentation, product demos, and SME input into compelling marketing collateral and sales enablement content.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
Partner cross-functionally with product management, sales, enablement, and customer success to ensure clear, consistent communication of product value.
Create storytelling-driven content such as presentations, case studies, and solution briefs that bring our products to life through customer impact and outcomes.
Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
Build and manage programs for voice of customer (VOC) insights, gathering feedback to influence product roadmaps and marketing approaches.
Collaborate with sales enablement to ensure revenue teams are equipped with the right tools, messaging, and materials to drive adoption and deal velocity.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to continually optimize positioning and strategy.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally within or adjacent to the insurance industry.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, customer-focused value narratives.
Experience leading competitive intelligence, pricing and packaging, and VOC programs.
A naturally curious, insight-driven mindset with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
Excellent collaboration skills; you thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to build alignment across teams.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
Comfort navigating highly regulated or technically complex industries, with an ability to distill compliance-driven details into market-ready messaging.
