Own and lead monthly demand SIOP reviews with cross-functional business teams
Drive demand planning for new product introductions
Calculate and implement intelligent stocking strategies (ISS) for product launches
Oversee product phase-outs with strategies to minimize inventory scrap
Work closely with global supply planners to mitigate risks to customer service, inventory levels, and costs
Develop worldwide inventory strategies
Provide expert input on safety stock targets
Partner with inventory managers to analyze global demand impacts
Own SIOP and forecast accuracy reporting
Provide crucial insights to Business Unit leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, other relevant field
5 years relevant experience OR MBA/MS in relevant discipline and 3 years relevant experience
Demonstrated experience working in ERP systems (i.e. JDE, SAP, ECC etc.)
Kinaxis/Rapid Response experience
SAP Demand Planning
Forecasting certification
Must have strong experience and knowledge of demand/supply/production planning, forecasting techniques, inventory management, capacity leveling and logistics.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.)
