Works directly with the Digital Transformation team to support training initiatives including the planning, scheduling and communications.
Responsible for the oversight and daily management of Community Health Network’s Learning Management System as it pertains to IT training.
Collaborates with IT Enterprise Services, IT Business Solutions, Human Resources, Clinical Education and other operational areas as needed, to establish class schedules, manage course catalogs and monitor end user activity.
Provides support for regular system reporting to IT training leadership and generates IT security reports to facilitate end user access.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, informatics or related field required.
Previous experience with coordinating schedules strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Epic, Success Factors and ServiceNow systems strongly preferred.
