Role Overview
- Identify, assess, and qualify new suppliers
- Conduct audits and evaluate manufacturing capabilities

- Support suppliers on engineering requirements and processes
- Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
- Manage supplier development projects and timelines
- Build collaborative supplier relationships
- Prepare performance reports and development documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 5+ years in supplier development, quality, or supply chain engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Skilled in structured problem-solving
- Project management experience
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
